Pilates with Katie is all about movement and helping people reach their fitness goals. One of Katie’s passions is group fitness classes, especially Pilates.

What the Class Offers:

My Name is Katie, I love all thing movement and helping people reach their fitness goals. One of my passions is my group fitness classes, especially Pilates.

A few reasons for Pilates you may ask? It will help improve flexibility, increase muscle strength & tone – particularly your abdominal muscles, lower back hips and buttocks.

Its a great, low impact and suitable for everyone no matter if you’ve never exercised before or are experienced, it will complement your training or everyday life beautifully

Join us:

Come join us for Pilates on Monday’s during the school term

Every Monday 9:30am-10:30am

$5.00 per session (can be paid via card, or transfer on the day)

Children are welcome with guided activities available to help keep them occupied while you exercise.

We cant wait to see you there!
